post-implimentation support

Each project we complete will offer an initial period entitling you to free-of-charge off site technical support. This ensures that any new issues which arise following a projects final sign off are dealt with in a professional and prompt manner by ourselves in order to minimise downtime.

After this initial period has elapsed, we will be happy to provide you with additional technical support if required. This support package is available on an ad-hoc, monthly, or annual basis depending on your specific requirements.
